CLOWNING AROUND

 

Keep it up

Sit with knees and tummies off the floor in a mini-back position

Put a cone or beanbag on your head and practise balancing a ball in your lap.

 

Shuffle along

Try balancing in mini-back support position with the cone/beanbag on your head and the ball in your lap while you shuffle around.
