MINDFULNESS
This past year has been incredibly tough on all of us. Therefore, it is incredibly important, now more than ever, to ensure we are looking after our brains and mental health as well as our physical health. Here are some activities, challenges, brain breaks and music links to help you relax over this period of isolation. Pick the ones you will enjoy and want to do in addition to your remote learning. I can't wait to see you all back in our classroom again, but until then please stay safe and look after yourselves.
