ART EXPERIMENTS-COLOUR CHANGING MILK
Display the image explain that today we are going to conduct our own art experiment to create this effect.
Ask the children how they think the design was created.
Pour full fat milk onto a large plate
Add 1-4 drops of each food colouring but do not let the drops touch each other
Put wash powder onto the tip of a cotton swab and place the tip of the cotton swab in the centre of all of the colours and watch as it gradually draws all of the colours inwards to make a pattern.
Leave and watch the colours slowly swirl together and if required use the cotton swab to gentle swirl the colours.
