Maths

We are moving on from Multiplication today to Division. Once again, we are starting with some recap lessons to remind us of the Year 4 Division work. Remember to watch the video and complete the questions when you are asked and then you will be supported in what you are being asked to do. When the sheet asks you to use place value counters, you will need to draw these as you won't have this resource. 

Adapted Maths  

A new topic of Division today. This lesson focuses on how we can use drawing and models to help us with our Division. Remember this is a teaching aid, a step that you are using to help you with your calculations. 

English

You are continuing today with the second Oak Academy lesson practising and applying your knowledge of the suffixes -ant, -ent, -ance and -ence. Today's lesson will include a test of those spellings. Please be ready to share your test result during our Teams lesson. The list of spellings can be found on the Monday 1st February Hedgehog.

Miss Sykes' group will have your RWI spellings to work on today.

Science

A couple of weeks ago, you created posters about your favourite planets. Today we are going to study those planets in a little more detail.
