Applications are now open for children born between the dates of 01/09/2016 and 31/08/2017. To apply for a Primary school place, please click here. You will be redirected to Lincolnshire County Council's website to apply for a place, you can choose up to a maximum of 3 schools.
Normally, we would invite you to come into our school for a tour. Unfortunately we cannot do that this year due to Covid-19 restrictions. Instead, we have uploaded videos of our EYFS and whole school which will give you an idea of what Hawthorn Tree has to offer for your family.
